I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) and Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) with more than five years of experience in behavioral health and over a decade supporting youth, families, and geriatric in educational and healthcare settings.
My heart has always been in helping people feel grounded, valued, and capable—especially during seasons of recovery, caregiving, and major life transitions. I believe people heal best in connection, not isolation, and I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel safe to show up as they are.
It is a genuine privilege to support individuals and caregivers as they build resilience, steadiness, and emotional wellness.
My professional background includes crisis response, inpatient substance use treatment, community mental health, and school-based counseling.
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Master of Education in Adult & Higher Education, and Bachelor of Arts in Human Services.
This foundation allows me to integrate clinical insight with a deep understanding of human development and systems of care. If you are in need of therapy, I am contracted through Seattle Serenity Therapy to provide therapy services. For more information, click here.
I provide therapy and coaching-informed services through a holistic, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based lens. Clinical therapy offers space to process trauma, mental health symptoms, and emotional distress. Coaching services focus on skill-building, accountability, and long-term maintenance.
For individuals in recovery, therapy and coaching may include relapse prevention, emotional regulation, identity rebuilding, and navigating life transitions.
For caregivers—especially those supporting loved ones with dementia or Alzheimer’s—services focus on emotional support, burnout prevention, grief processing, and maintaining a sense of self while caring for others.
This is a collaborative, judgment-free space designed to support sustainable well-being.
